New Rust Prevention Technology Between Process of Precision Imported Bearings


Rust prevention between processes, like bearings in the heat treatment workshop after pickling, cleaning, grinding, there are many processes. When the product is not produced by running water, it must be stored in the intermediate warehouse after processing, so the bearing rings stored between processes must be rust-proof. The traditional use of anti-rust paint the same anti-rust oil anti-rust method and its shortcomings bearing process between the general use of the following methods:
1. Immerse in anti-rust tank
The bearing ring is immersed in 5% sodium nitrite and 0.6 sodium carbonate aqueous solution, the anti-rust effect is still good, but many anti-rust tank and other equipment, take up a lot of space, management is not convenient.
2. Dip-coating concentrated sodium nitrite solution
After cleaning, the product is immersed in a solution containing 15-20% sodium nitrite and 0.6 sodium carbonate, and then stacked. Using this method, the anti-rust period is relatively short, generally only 7-14 days, and in the rainy season, due to the humid weather, it can only be maintained for 2-3 days and must be reprocessed, which requires labor and money.
3. Oiling
Apply anti-rust oil similar to anti-rust paint as the finished product. This method must be cleaned before performing the next process, which is troublesome.
Introduction of new anti-rust technology
After working together with relevant manufacturers, many years of production practice shows that the anti-rust between processes has been improved many times to adopt the spray type anti-rust effect is better. At the beginning of the roller rust prevention trial, the semi-finished products and finished products are washed with sodium nitrite aqueous solution once a day. After 3 months, no rust is found in the sampling results. Now the semi-finished products of bearing rings are sprayed with rust prevention, and the effect is the same. Spray type rust prevention process is relatively simple, the method is as follows:
1. Purchase and construction of equipment
According to the amount of semi-finished products stored, an intermediate warehouse will be established. The ground will be covered with cement floor. A walkway, about 1.5m, can be set up in the middle to pass the trolley of bearing rings. At the end of the channel, a pool for storing sodium nitrite aqueous solution is placed. The solution formula is 5%-10% sodium nitrite plus 0.6 sodium carbonate, and a backwater ditch is made on the ground. Then the bearing rings are stacked on the floors on both sides, with a walkway of 0.6m between each pile of bearing rings. It can be said that the design of the intermediate library is about 64m2, and its sodium nitrite aqueous solution pool is 1m3.
2. Process method
Rinse with sodium nitrite aqueous solution once a day in the morning. The aqueous solution is sucked out of the pool by a water pump and passed to the shower head through a rubber pipe to rinse the bearing ring like a shower spray. The washed aqueous solution flows back to the pool from the backwater ditch. At the upper layer of the pool at the end of the backwater ditch, a filter screen is made of fine wire mesh and gauze to textile dust and dirt flows into the pool. The intermediate warehouse shall be clean with good quality. The solution in the pool is tested every 2 days and supplemented according to the test results. The replacement period of the solution in the pool is carried out according to different months, from April to September, every 2 weeks, and from October to March of the following year, every month.
